     February 1, 2007 The public comment period has come to an end. The total Terms of Reference comments received to date by the Governor's office is approximately 50,500.
     Now B.C. must determine whether the draft Terms of Reference (TOR) is sufficient to protect the headwaters of the Flathead River, and the ecological integrity of this World Heritage site and Biosphere Reserve.
